1. Scope

These terms of service apply to the use of the website loadsh.it and all related services (hereinafter "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

loadsh.it offers the following services:

• File Conversion: Converting files between different formats
• Media Processing: Transcription and analysis of video and audio files
• Security Scan: Checking files for malware
• Compute Integration: Connection to external compute resources via nodrift.ch

3. Usage Rights and Obligations

3.1 Permitted Use

You may only use the Service for legal purposes. Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes unless you have subscribed to a paid plan.

3.2 Prohibited Use

The following activities are prohibited:

• Downloading or converting copyrighted content without authorization
• Uploading illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Circumventing technical protection measures or rate limits
• Automated access or scraping without written permission
• Resale or commercial use without appropriate subscription
• Distribution of malware or other harmful files

4. Copyright and User Responsibility

4.1 Processing Model

loadsh.it provides a user interface for media processing:

• Local Processing: Certain operations are executed directly in the user's browser
• Compute Processing: When using nodrift.ch, processing occurs on external resources authorized by the user

4.2 User Interface Provider Status

loadsh.it acts as a pure user interface provider:

• We only provide the user interface
• Processing occurs either locally or on user-authorized compute resources
• No permanent storage of user content on our servers
• Responsibility for processed content lies with the user

4.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable copyrights and the legality of the content you process.

loadsh.it assumes no liability for copyright infringement by users. In case of suspected abuse, we reserve the right to block access.

4.4 Tool Selection for Containers (Compute Function)

When using the Compute function, the user independently selects the tools for their container. This selection is technically and legally equivalent to installing software on your own cloud infrastructure (comparable to VPS or cloud server).

loadsh.it has no influence on:

• The configuration of installed tools
• The use of tools by the user
• The content processed through the tools

Containers operate on nodrift.ch infrastructure. The use of containers is additionally subject to the Terms of Service of nodrift.ch.

4.5 Security and Forensics Tools

loadsh.it offers format conversions for security and forensics file formats (e.g., CAP, PCAP, HCCAPX, HC22000, Wordlists). These tools are exclusively for data transformation.

Permitted use:

• Authorized penetration tests with written permission
• Processing of your own data and files
• CTF competitions (Capture The Flag) and training purposes
• Security research within legal boundaries

Prohibited:

• Unauthorized cracking of passwords or hashes
• Access to third-party systems without authorization
• Any use that violates applicable law

The user bears sole responsibility for the lawful use of security tools. loadsh.it does not offer decryption or cracking services.

5. Service Tiers and Limits

For GPU-accelerated processing, connect your account with nodrift.ch. Processing costs are handled via nodrift.ch credits.

6. Data Protection

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Uploaded files are automatically deleted after max. 24 hours
• Converted files are deleted after 1 hour
• We do not analyze the content of your files

7. Availability

We strive for high availability of the Service but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance work will be announced when possible. There is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is". We make no warranties for:

• Error-free or uninterrupted operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Data loss or damage
• Damages from use of downloaded content

Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to, in case of violations of these terms:

• Temporarily or permanently suspend access
• Delete accounts without notice
• Take legal action

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Thun, Switzerland. For consumers residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country of residence also apply.

12. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
